Infotech was assigned to be responsible for the Cloud Hosting Product and Solution services. Infotech have successfully completed all required services. There services are provided diligently and in a professional manner and we have never experienced any challenges. By implementing the Infinidat storage solution in 2016, Helios ITS has improved overall storage performance by more than 20 percent, we have also realized a significant reduction in the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) compared to previous storage solutions, due to the capacity on demand, simplified maintenance, reduced datacenter footprint and lower running costs.

DMC Debt Management has been using the Infinidat product range for the last 5 years. We currently have 2 Infinidat SAN’s on premise in our data centre, InfiniBox F6130 and InfiniBox F4304.

FirstNet implemented our first Enterprise Storage Solution in 2016 with Infotech providing the hardware and software. Infotech have and still provide/d the following services to FirstNet Technology Services Hardware and Software upgrades to the Enterprise Storage Solution and Server, On-going server support and the hardware was supplied, installed, and configured by Infotech engineers which included data migration. We are currently in the process of acquiring our 3rd Enterprise Storage Solution through Infotech Integrated Solutions with delivery expected in November 2022. Infotech engineers will install the hardware as well as provide the necessary support, both software and hardware related to this hardware as and when required for a period of 5 years.
